Logo Design Process

1. Discovery & Deposit
- Questionnaire filled out by client through an online form
- If further discussion regarding questionnaire and client’s vision is needed, an online or in-person meeting will be set up
- 50% deposit sent through PayPal or bank e-transfer
2. Research and Ideation
- Research competition, target market, industry trends, etc.
- Brainstorm and sketch out concepts.
3. Rendering
- Three concepts are rendered digitally and presented to the client either through email or through an in-person/online meeting (preference of the client).
4. Revisions
- Revision Round 1: The client chooses one logo to develop further and two versions of that logo are presented.
- Revision Round 2: After the client sees the two versions, they can then choose one logo to have one additional revision made.
- Final logo is presented.
- Once revisions have been used, additional edits may be subject to hourly billing. Certain simple edits can still be done at no charge.
5. Finalize
- The client signs off on the final logo and sends final 50% payment.
- Digital files are provided through email.
- Files include: logo for screen and print, pantone colours, cymk, rgb, black and white.

B. Visual Identity System Process

1. Design
- Now that your logo is done, your visual identity system will be designed based from the discovery session and feedback throughout the logo design process. Graphic elements that reflect the brand will be created. This will include: font selection, colour palette, a graphic device or pattern, and 4 custom illustrated icons.
2. Revisions
- Two rounds of revisions to the visual identity system are included. Once revisions have been used, additional edits may be subject to hourly billing. Certain simple edits can still be done at no charge.
3. Finalize
- Once the identity system is approved, you’ll receive a one page brand board showcasing your custom visual identity system in pdf format, along with the vector files for the graphic device or pattern and the icons. These files can be used for both digital and print.

Do you already have a logo and a visual identity system? If so, then you are ready to create an amazing online presence with a branded website.

Website Design Process

1. Discovery & Deposit
- You’ll answer a discovery questionnaire to make sure all content pieces are planned for and so that I fully understand the goal of the website and your brand.
- 50% deposit sent through PayPal or bank e-transfer
2. Research and Template Selection
- Wordpress website theme will be recommended based on the best match for the website content, while also considering future needs of the site.
3. Content and Site Architecture
- You will supply photography. If stock photography is needed, you can suggest photos or Designer will source stock photos. Stock photography is at an additional cost>
- You will supply all website copy that should be included on the page.
- Designer will recommend site architecture and will design wireframes based on supplied content and information. The client reviews and approves.
4. Design
- Once template, content and wireframes are approved, a design will be mocked up and presented to you.
- One set of revisions are included. The includes items such as the header, footer, accent colours, fonts and icons, which will be customized to suit your visual identity.
5. Development
- Once the interface design is approved, development will begin. This includes installing Wordpress and the selected theme, styling the template to reflect the brand, building and styling the landing page, preparing and uploading images, entering and formatting content.
6. Testing
- Website will be tested in a range of browsers for both desktop and mobile devices.
- Client will review and provide any feedback or revisions.
7. Launch
- Website will be launched after the client has tested and reviewed the website, has given final approval, and has paid remaining fees.
